Return costs<\/h3>\n\n<p>The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, except in the case of:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damaged\/defective product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misdelivered item<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
