At smartphonemix.bg we strive to provide high quality of all products we offer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an order, you have the right to return or exchange the goods under the following conditions:
1. Right of withdrawal
Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
Conditions for exercising the right:
- Goods must be in their original packaging
- No signs of use, contamination or damage
- Be accompanied by a receipt or invoice
2. How to return or exchange a product

Upon our approval, you will receive return instructions via courier.
3. Return costs
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, except in the case of:
- Damaged/defective product
- Misdelivered item
4. Refund amount
If the product is successfully returned, the amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method you used when ordering.
5. Replace
If you wish to exchange (different product, color, model, etc.):
- Contact us to check availability
- The exchange is made after receipt of the returned goods
- The price difference (if any) shall be additional paid or refunded
6. Non-returnable products
Not returnable:
- Products with compromised integrity (physically damaged)
- Products bearing traces of use
- Promotional or gift items
7. Damaged or defective goods
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please:
